WebSoul offers refunds on selected hosting services within the eligible refund period. Refund requests submitted after the allowed period may not be approved.
Certain services are non-refundable, including domain registrations, SSL certificates, software licenses, setup fees and third-party services.
Shared hosting services may qualify for a refund if requested within the approved refund period and no policy violations exist.
VPS and dedicated server services are generally non-refundable due to infrastructure provisioning and resource allocation.
Accounts suspended or terminated due to abuse, spam, malware, phishing or Terms Of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment provider and payment method.
Transaction fees or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
Clients are responsible for cancelling services before renewal dates to avoid recurring charges.
